Resiplast NV/SA attaches great importance to the protection of the privacy of all persons from whom we collect personal data. We handle and secure these personal data with the greatest possible care, in accordance with the applicable legislation in Belgium.
In this privacy and cookies policy, we explain what personal data we collect, how and for how long we process them, to whom we may transfer them, what your rights are and how you can exercise them.
Contact forms
You can contact us using our contact forms.
For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

- Information you enter yourself as message content
We use this information only for the requested contact.
Application forms
You can apply to our company via our application forms.
For this purpose, we process the following personal data:
- First name and surname
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Motivation letter
- CV
We process these personal data only for the purpose of processing your application. We retain applicant data for up to 4 weeks after the completion of the recruitment and selection process or with your consent for up to 1 year after the completion of the recruitment and selection process.
Web analytics
We use Google Analytics (web analysis software) to collect information about your sessions on our website. We use this for the purpose of our legitimate interest to track how users use our website and how effective our advertising is. Cookies from Google Analytics and Google Ads will be placed on your computer via our website as part of this "Analytics" service.
Google Analytics tracks visitor statistics such as the number of page views, number of sessions and average time on page. Advertising and remarketing functionalities are loaded only if you accept marketing cookies.
Google may provide these data to third parties if Google is required to do so by law or insofar as these third parties process these data on behalf of Google. This lies outside of our control.
We have entered into a processing agreement with Google. The information collected by Google is anonymised or pseudonymised as much as possible. You can read more about what data Google collects in Google's Privacy Policy. User- and event-level data collected by Google Analytics are retained for up to 50 months.
ReCAPTCHA
We use Google's reCAPTCHA service to protect our website from spam and abuse. For this purpose, a website visitor's IP address, mouse movements and possibly other data are collected. By analysing this information, Google can infer whether we are interacting with a real website visitor or a robot. You can read more about what data Google collects in Google's privacy policy.
With whom do we share your personal data?
We only share your data with third parties:
