Liquidtight wear layer on composite
Over the past 10 years, the demand for bridges made of composite profiles has increased dramatically. This is of course due to the relatively low weight, durability and low maintenance costs. The unique support structures are constructed from fibre-reinforced composite profiles.
Composite planks are used for the bridge deck. These have to be provided with a driveable wear layer. These can be applied either prefabricated in the production unit or on site after construction of the bridge.
